Assistant Director Adult Social Care Operations

We’re now seeking an Assistant Service Director for Adult Social Care Operations to help steer locality services delivering long‑term support and reviews, ensuring high standards, effective risk management and continuous improvement.
Working as part of the ASC senior leadership team, you will influence system‑wide transformation and build strong partnerships across health, housing, the voluntary sector and the care market to deliver integrated, community‑based solutions.
You’ll also deputise for the Service Director, representing the council at corporate, partnership and external forums.
