Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive counselling for students in IB, International A-Level, and Singapore government school pathways, specifically guiding them through university application strategies.

Communicate with parents and students to understand their academic goals and recommend suitable programs.
Coordinate with teachers on class scheduling and student progress.
Assist with the administrative side of education management, including PEI licensing, registration, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team in preparing promotional materials (e.g., posters, social media content).
Provide regular feedback and enrollment reports to the management team.
Expand student recruitment in the Mainland China and Hong Kong markets, developing outreach strategies and managing the enrollment process for prospective students.
Take responsibility for student admissions and recruitment, including consultations, follow-ups with prospective families, and conversion of inquiries into enrollments.
Deliver English as a Second Language (ESL) lessons to support international students in improving their English proficiency for academic success.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Education, Business, Psychology or a related field.
Strong proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written). Proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage.
Familiarity with the Singapore and international education system (IB, A-Level, and government school pathways).
Prior experience in undertaking international programmes (IB or A-Level) is highly preferred; a high achievement score (e.g., 40+ IB points) is a significant advantage.
Prior experience in student recruitment, counseling, or education industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a background in consulting or active listening, able to build trust with students and parents.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating class scheduling with teachers.
Ability to work collaboratively with the teaching and marketing teams. xwzovoh
Familiarity with Xiaohongshu (RedNote), instagram and other domestic/international apps for promotion and engagement is strongly preferred.
