MCS Group is partnering with a high-growth FinTech business as they scale their Customer Success function. They’re now looking for a commercially focused Senior Customer Success Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise customers, supporting the continued growth of their tax automation platform.

Their platform helps organisations simplify and automate complex tax, regulatory and reporting requirements; an area seeing sustained demand as regulations continue to evolve.

The Senior Customer Success Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders across their customer base (think Heads of Tax, CFOs, Tax Directors), helping them navigate change, maximise the value of the platform, and identify opportunities to deepen the partnership as the product suite expands.

The role

  • The CSM will own and develop a portfolio of enterprise-level customers (around 30 accounts spending c. £1 million today)
  • Act as a strategic partner, advising on evolving tax and regulatory requirements
  • Drive adoption and long-term value from the platform
  • Identify and deliver on expansion opportunities across existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product growth and customer outcomes

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a commercial SaaS/FinTech role
  • Strong track record of managing and growing enterprise or strategic accounts. xwzovoh
  • You’ll have a track recrod of dealing directly with tax teams (Heads of Tax, CFOs, Tax Directors etc)
  • Commercially minded – comfortable driving revenue through existing relationships
  • Naturally proactive, with a focus on building partnerships rather than reacting to issues
  • Experience in regulatory reporting, financial services, or compliance-led products would be advantageous
