An established Loan Management & Advisory firm based in London seek to recruit an experienced Loan Agency professional to assist in the management of a pan European portfolio of Loans and supporting the servicing and advisory teams in Europe & UK markets, ensuring the goals and objectives are met and customers are delivered with a high quality work product and constant high level of service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with around 3- 5 years’ experience within Loan Management and experience with Business Development.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of multiple transactions to meet project deadlines and deliver a consistent high level of service to our clients and adhering to policies and procedures
- Meeting commitments, work independently, accept accountability, stay focused under pressure as well as show the ability to adjust plans to meet changing needs.
- Work independently and support the team with the day-to-day management of multiple loan portfolios
- Collecting and analyzing borrower reports (rent rolls, operating statements, covenants etc.)
- Negotiate, as needed, with borrowers, guarantors, asset managers, property managers
- Represent clients and investors on a daily basis through role as facility agent
- Review servicing contracts and coordinate legal review with in-house counsel as well as other counsel (Borrower and Lender)
- Support clients with the closing of new deals
- Support the current team in London in their day-to-day work.
- Promote the company and its business lines through being part of company presentations, taking part in industry conferences, as requested.
Key Skills
- At least 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate and/or Banking Industry
- Experience in banking and finance industry including basic knowledge of real estate finance/loan servicing
- Ability to review and understand legal contracts/agreements
- Technical Skills: MS-Office (Detailed knowledge of MS Excel)
- Strong oral and written communication abilities in English.
- Analytical skills to understand complex loan documents, borrower structures and analyze cash flows/reporting
