Based within our Springburn site in Glasgow, our Graduate Programme will take place over a three‑year period. You will work within a number of areas of the business, gaining exposure to the world of distillation, engineering and operations through a range of placements.

What You Need to Apply
We are looking for an enthusiastic Honours Degree graduate with a minimum 2:1. You will be highly motivated, eager to learn and progress within your career, possessing strong verbal and written communication skills and being flexible, adaptable and resilient. A love of challenge, comfort with responsibility, the ability to solve problems, strong interpersonal skills and effective collaboration with others are also required.
