We’re working with a well-respected high street firm in Waterlooville with deep local roots and a friendly, no-nonsense team. They’re looking to bring on a capable conveyancing fee earner to keep up with the steady flow of work because busy doesn’t even begin to cover it.
The role
You will be handling a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish. Standard stuff: sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold but what really matters here is that you can take ownership. Autonomy is on offer, and support is always at hand when you need it.
What you’ll need
- Solid conveyancing experience (3+ years is the sweet spot, but attitude counts too)
- Confidence running your own files
- A calm head, especially when someone’s seller decides to go AWOL 3 days before exchange
- Strong client care skills theyve got loyal clients whove have been with them for decades
