The Role

• Work on high‑value, complex transactions across multiple sectors
• Advise on investments, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, shareholder arrangements, and employee share incentive schemes
• Support early‑stage and high‑growth businesses in Scotland’s most exciting industries
• Collaborate on deals with an international dimension – growing number of cross‑border elements involved

• 1–3 PQE solicitor with experience in corporate law
• Possess excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Can manage workload effectively and work well under pressure
