Real Estate Solicitor (NQ-2) – Edinburgh

A leading Scottish firm is seeking a Solicitor (NQ-2) to join its supportive Real Estate team in Edinburgh. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop within a broad commercial property role, with exposure to high-quality work across a range of sectors.

The Role

You will be involved in a varied caseload, including:

n
• Property investment work, including acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leasing for both landlord and tenant clients
• Asset management and owner/occupier work
• Property development matters
• Real estate finance support
• Work across sectors including hospitality, energy infrastructure, PBSA and BTR

n

You will be encouraged to take ownership of transactions from an early stage, managing matters from instruction to completion with appropriate support.

About You

n
• NQ-2 PQE with some real estate/property experience
• Well organised and able to manage a varied workload to deadline
• Be able to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team
• Adopt a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Have a genuine interest in developing a career in commercial real estate
