OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to strengthen the HRBP team’s capacity across our Group functions.
Operating as a trusted advisor, you will partner closely with senior leaders to enhance capability, deliver people-focused solutions, and support the implementation of key change initiatives.
This role is ideal for a proactive, commercially minded HR Business Partner who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and skilled in managing senior-level stakeholder relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWorkforce Planning & Organisational Effectiveness
- Lead workforce planning activities focussing on demand, supply and gap analysis ensuring effective strategies are designed and implemented with our HR speciality hubs.
- Lead organisational design initiatives, including deployment and transition planning.
- Drive adoption of business unit, country, and group-level people change initiatives with strong stakeholder engagement.
Talent & Capability
- Identify talent development needs and drive succession planning in partnership with our Talent Team.
- Deliver development interventions—including mentoring and coaching—to empower and enable leaders.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to enhance and promote career progression pathways.
Core HR Delivery
- Deliver and embed HR core processes consistently and effectively across the business units.
- Support colleague engagement activities with the central Colleague Engagement team, including analysing survey insights and guiding leaders on action planning.
- Conduct total reward reviews.
- Oversee complex or escalated (only) employee relations matters.
- Champion effective and efficient HR operations.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex, matrixed, or multi-site organisation.
- Strong capability in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and HR process delivery.
- Extensive experience coaching leaders and driving behaviour change.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver at pace.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-level employee relations cases with sound judgement.
- CIPD-qualified.
