Real Estate Solicitor (NQ-2) – Edinburgh
A leading Scottish firm is seeking a Solicitor (NQ-2) to join its supportive Real Estate team in Edinburgh.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop within a broad commercial property role, with exposure to high-quality work across a range of sectors.
The Role
You will be involved in a varied caseload, including:

- Property investment work, including acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leasing for both landlord and tenant clients
- Asset management and owner/occupier work
- Property development matters
- Real estate finance support
- Work across sectors including hospitality, energy infrastructure, PBSA and BTR
You will be encouraged to take ownership of transactions from an early stage, managing matters from instruction to completion with appropriate support. xwzovoh
About You
- NQ-2 PQE with some real estate/property experience
- Well organised and able to manage a varied workload to deadline
- Be able to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team
- Adopt a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Have a genuine interest in developing a career in commercial real estate
