Our client is looking for a passionate Registered Care Home Manager for their 374 bed Residential Care. The Owner is looking for an experienced and previously Registered Manager with a passion for high quality care, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia and a good understanding of CQC requirements.
Our client will provide you with a great deal of support to help you succeed in this role, they will also provide any additional qualifications and courses you require.
Requirements
- Management qualification
- Previously managed a care home
- Background in elderly / dementia care
- Knowledge of CQC and standards
- Good communication skills
