Litigation Solicitor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team. What You’ll Do

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients across a range of litigation matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case developments.
• Keep up‑to‑date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Solicitor with solid experience in property litigation and contentious probate, plus exposure to other litigation areas.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse complex information and provide clear, practical solutions.
• Proficient in legal research and case management tools.
• Team player with a client‑focused approach, able to work independently when needed.
