Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Coordination

  • Deputise for the Head of MEH Project Office as required, relating to programme oversight, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and coordination.
  • Support the leadership and daily management of the MEH Project Office, ensuring consistent ways of working and effective integration across the programme.

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

  • Provide high-quality stakeholder management support, including preparation of Board papers, executive presentations, briefing materials, for senior leaders and shareholders.
  • Plan, coordinate and support executive visits, programme reviews, and senior-level engagements.
  • Maintain & keep up to date the MEH PgDD.
  • Ensure effective compliance with governance processes, programme controls, and assurance requirements across the MEH Programme.
  • Drive the successful implementation of the MEH’s Digital systems.
  • Oversee MEH’s compliance with overarching company requirements.
  • Undertake MEH compliance activities.
  • Maintain & update the MEH PgDD.
  • Provide inputs to Board Papers and executive presentations.
  • Update pulse reports.

Key Requirements:

  • HNC or relevant experience.
  • CCNSG safety Passport / HS&E MAPS.
