Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Developing and implementing a market-specific strategy aligned with broader business objectives, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to best practices.
  • Strategically managing the performance of assigned markets, ensuring achievement of key financial and operational targets while proactively identifying growth opportunities.
  • Monitoring competitor activity, regulatory developments, and industry trends to inform strategic direction.
  • Supporting commercial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Maintaining and enhancing reporting frameworks for key operational and revenue metrics.
  • Provide management with local market insights to continually improve and adjust our strategy and delivery of an industry‑leading portfolio of games and products.
  • Provide clear performance insights to the business and contribute to strategic decision‑making.
  • Collaborating closely with Regional Games, Commercial Revenue, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensuring all market initiatives align with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the online gaming industry, with a strong understanding of regulated market dynamics and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial performance and deliver measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable strategic insights.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally across commercial, product, compliance, and operational teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse internal and external partners.
  • Familiarity with operational management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented collaborator who works seamlessly across teams to drive clarity, momentum, and shared outcomes.
  • Consistently refreshes knowledge of leading industry and market trends to help shape best‑in‑class products and customer experiences.
