We’re looking for a Technical Scrum Master who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment and enjoys combining Agile leadership with software development. You’ll play a key role in driving delivery, supporting engineers, and continuously improving how the team works.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a complex or fast-moving environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Software development experience in Python or TypeScript/React
• Experience working in collaborative development environments using Git/GitHub
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to remove blockers and drive team delivery
• Comfortable contributing hands-on to engineering when neede
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I or equivalent)
• Experience with machine learning or data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas)
• Familiarity with AWS or cloud-based environments
• Experience working with distributed teams or scaled Agile environments
