Role Overview
Join us as a Product Designer, reporting directly to the Head of Product Design and collaborating closely with product, engineering, customer experience, and senior leadership. Your mission is to bring fresh perspectives to all product areas and make a significant impact in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborative – partner with product managers, senior leadership, engineering, design, and other teams to design and ship features across the product.
- Articulate – communicate your vision and designs effectively by presenting work to key stakeholders.
- Accountable – uphold high design quality and contribute to the team’s culture and growth through knowledge sharing.
- Inquisitive – build product knowledge by engaging with internal experts, monitoring feedback channels, speaking with users, reviewing usage data, and conducting user research studies.
- Simplifying – turn complexity into elegant solutions that solve customer needs, requiring deep understanding of user problems and current technology capabilities.
- Meticulous – design and prototype interfaces that are simple, elegant and detail‑oriented, from lightweight prototypes to complex ones.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of professional experience in product design.
- Exceptional visual and UI design skills grounded in user‑centered principles.
- Strong sense of consistency, colour, typography, and an eye for detail; experience with design systems that scale.
- Ability to grasp complex issues and distill them into clear, focused solutions.
- Effective communication of product direction under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, calm under pressure, creative problem‑solving, attention to detail, and passion for design.
- Ability to translate design concepts into production in collaboration with leadership and engineering to deliver high‑quality value.
- Self‑starter with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Interview Process
- Screening Call – video call with the Talent Team (30 min).
- First Stage – video or in‑person call with VP of Product Design (45 min).
- Second Stage – in‑person portfolio review with Head of Product Design, Head of Product, Deputy CPO & Design Team (1 hr).
- Final Stage – in‑person presentation with Head of Product Design, Head of Product, Deputy CPO, Co‑founder (1 hr).
We aim to complete the entire process and provide feedback within 2 weeks. Every application is reviewed manually by our talent team; we strive for assessment within 7 days but high volume may extend the timeline.
