Key Responsibilities:
Discuss travel needs and preferences with clients
Assist in developing customized itinerary ideas
Help coordinate bookings for lodging, transportation, and tours
Communicate updates and respond to client questions
Connect with travel partners when needed for arrangements
Prepare itinerary details and confirmations
Review travel plans to ensure accuracy
Qualifications:
Strong communication and listening skills
Organized and attentive to details
Comfortable using online tools
Able to work independently
Interest in travel planning and customer interaction
Experience in hospitality or planning is a plus, not required
Multilingual abilities optional
