Top tier Legal 100 practice has asked us to identify a dynamic Real Estate Solicitor to join their London team.
The Real Estate Team handle all manner of residential and commercial property-related matters from Landlord and Tenant to Construction and Development, Asset Management, Utilities, Conveyancing and Property Finance.
Working closely alongside a Partner on a broad range of real estate transactions including but not limited to: commercial landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, and general commercial property advice together witha variety of residential conveyancing matters both freehold and leasehold.
You will be encouraged to assist with marketing and business development initiatives such as writing for e-newsletters, attending seminars and attending other business development activities.
