This role supports commercial property transactions within a SIPP and SSAS pension framework, offering the opportunity to apply your legal expertise in a dynamic, collaborative, and highly regulated environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in reviewing and progressing commercial property transactions, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory requirements. Working closely with our in‑house property administration team, you’ll manage legal documentation, support due diligence, and help maintain high standards across property matters within a pension scheme environment.

Day to Day Tasks

  • Receive, review, and process legal documentation relating to commercial property transactions.
  • Support due diligence and case reviews within a SIPP/SSAS framework.
  • Ensure regulatory and legal standards are upheld across all transactions.
  • Liaise with solicitors, licensed conveyancers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in progressing transactions efficiently while managing risk and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

This role is suited to someone with a strong foundation in property law who enjoys working with detail and takes pride in delivering high‑quality outcomes.

Ideal Candidates

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and solutions‑focused approach.

Experience with SIPP and/or SSAS pension schemes is advantageous but not essential — full training will be provided.

Benefits

  • Hybrid working and flexible hours.
  • Competitive salary and bonus.
  • Private medical and life insurance.
  • Structured career development and training.
  • Clear progression pathways.
  • A collaborative, inclusive and supportive culture.
