Role Description
We are seeking Production, Bakery, and Warehouse Section Leaders to join our team in Frome. In this full‑time, on‑site role, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations in your designated section, ensuring that high‑quality desserts are prepared, baked, and packaged according to company standards. You will supervise staff, manage production schedules, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols. This role requires hands‑on leadership to maintain efficiency and consistency across bakery and warehouse functions.
4‑on‑4‑off 12 hour shift pattern 7am to 7pm
Qualifications
- Expertise in Bakery and Baking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control processes
- Organizational and time management skills to oversee schedules and meet production deadlines
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is an advantage
