Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based in Barnsley, this role is vital in supporting our clients through their mortgage journey, ensuring smooth and efficient service aligned with our company’s mission of delivering outstanding financial guidance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee client cases from initiation to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored mortgage advice in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain detailed records of case progress and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Support the team by providing administrative assistance related to case management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial services or mortgage brokering is advantageous.
- Good understanding of mortgage products and financial regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate calculations.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Preferred: Experience using case management software or CRM systems.
