Theatre Practitioner – Brighton, Private Hospital
Dream Medical is working with a number of respected Private Hospitals in the Brighton area and urgently requires a full‑time Theatre Practitioner ASAP.
We are looking for someone with a Band 5 or 6 equivalent background who can support surgical procedures across a complex and changing caseload.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health and well‑being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet their needs.
- Actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements; collect, collate and organise data, interpret the information and produce justifiable assessments for relevant parties.
- Develop a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety and security and infection control.
- Lead others in the development of knowledge, ideas and work practices and plan, allocate, assess and provide feedback to team members.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and manage a wide range of activities and changing priorities.
Qualifications
- Band 5 or 6 equivalent (medical or nursing qualification).
- Experience in theatre / scrub duties.
