Training Advisor (Outreach Training Provider Caller) Portland, Dorset About Us We are a growing training provider facilitating fully funded online courses to businesses and individuals. Our mission is to increase access to funded training and help organisations upskill their workforce at no cost. Role Overview This is a proactive outbound sales role. As a Training Advisor, you will generate your own leads, contact businesses by phone, promote our fully funded online courses, and convert interest into enrolments. You will manage the full sales cycle — from first contact through to follow-up and learner onboarding support. Key Responsibilities Generate and research new business leads Make high-volume outbound calls to organisations Call back within two days Present and promote funded training opportunities Identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities Send follow-up emails and course information Conduct follow-up calls to secure enrolments Convert interest into confirmed learner starts Support learners with the enrolment process and platform login Maintain accurate CRM records Manage your own pipeline and prioritise leads Consistently work towards and exceed KPIs and targets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will be measured against: Daily outbound call targets (100 calls per day) Weekly meaningful conversations (100 decision-maker conversations) Weekly enrolment targets (20 learner starts per week) Conversion rate from contact to enrolment Follow-up completion rate CRM accuracy and data management Monthly enrolment/revenue target KPIs may be reviewed and adjusted based on performance and business needs.
