A site manager is urgently required for a cut and carve project in South London.
The role is for a £15m project for cut and carve offices where they are looking for a number 2 site manager, the contractor has been established for a number of decades and have an amazing reputation, they specialise in office fit out, new builds and refurbishment. Their projects value up to £30m.
Site Manager
- Essential experience with cut and carve projects
- Strong track record delivering new build residential schemes
- Strong man management skills / ability to lead and motivate full site teams First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS
- Main contracting or refurbishment contractor experience
- Office experience high end cut and carve projects.
