As part of our continued growth, we’re expanding our Engineering team and hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to help deliver reliable, scalable, and secure services across our cloud-based infrastructure.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our growing team and support the infrastructure behind Tribal’s modern cloud services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer passionate about automation, cloud-native technologies, and improving developer experience. You’ll work with modern infrastructure tools and support the delivery of mission-critical platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure using Azure Cloud services.
- Build and manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Bicep.
- Develop automation tools and scripts with PowerShell and Bash.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Support and operate container-based workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment and observability.
- Implement and enforce best practices in reliability, security, and cloud architecture.
- Be available for occasional out of hours work in line with Tribal’s support policies.
About You:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in platform, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles.
- Strong background in Azure Cloud architecture and services.
- Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or Bicep).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash.
- Solid experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, especially with Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Experience in supporting SaaS platforms or product-based environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Application Insights).
- Exposure to GitOps practices and tools (e.g., Flux, ArgoCD).
- Familiarity with security and compliance practices for SaaS platforms.
