Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse portfolio across our public sector clients in Ireland and the UK
- Lead on end-to-end audit delivery tasks for a portfolio of clients ensuring compliance with relevant audit standards and regulations and reporting to Partner
- Training and mentoring team members, developing their technical and professional skills
- Building and maintaining trusted client relationships
- Overseeing the financial management of your portfolio
- Contributing to the firm’s business development initiatives
- There will be an opportunity to broaden your portfolio into the NFP and Corporate audit sectors subject to agreement and performance
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- ACA, ACCA or CIPFA qualified
- Experience and proficiency in public sector audit
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop exceptional client relationships
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in developing junior staff
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to contribute to business development
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
