The Role
William James Recruitment is pleased to present this opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Associate looking to join a highly regarded Litigation practice.
Our client is a dynamic and well-established law firm, with a market-leading Commercial Litigation team. The firm has a broad range of clients from a range of sectors including, media and entertainment, technology and communications and financial services.
The Litigation and Dispute Resolution team is seeking an ambitious and dedicated lawyer with proven ability working on complex litigation matters and someone who is prepared to work independently as well as part of a larger team on complex disputes. The firm focuses on providing first-class advice to clients, proactive marketing/profile-raising and exceptional client management.
The successful candidate will be exposed to all forms of dispute resolution including, litigation; arbitration; ADR including mediation. You will be well supported at partner level and by other fee-earners and will be joining a highly collaborative and collegiate culture.
The Candidate
- Qualified Litigation Solicitor with 3-6 PQE from a reputable law firm
- Excellent legal skills and highly motivated individual
- Ability to work well within a team
- Commercial litigation / investigations / arbitration experience
