Overview

Creative Operations Supervisor role at TieTalent. Industry: Media & Entertainment. Location: London (On-Site). Start: ASAP/Urgent. Duration: 6+ Months. Pay Rate: £250 – £300 per day. IR35 Status: Inside IR35 (via Umbrella).

The role supports EMEA Marketing & Creative teams in both operational execution and project delivery of creative marketing initiatives. The position is on-site in London, requiring office presence 4/5 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Support creative briefs and project timelines/workflows proactively, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Review briefs to ensure all relevant content and information are accurate and included.
  • Organise and oversee creative project meetings.
  • Provide status updates of work-in-progress projects to UK & EMEA teams.
  • Ensure creative teams and agencies have the necessary information/content to execute briefs.
  • Support cross-functional creative department communications.
  • Quality check (QC) at each stage of the project.
  • Collate all associate asset information per campaign (including compliance).
  • Monitor and track creative approvals.
  • Ensure planning tools and operational processes are in place to execute projects.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to optimise processes and drive efficiencies.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly creative and marketing calls with project updates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Media/Entertainment industry in marketing/creative operations.
  • Proven supervisor-level experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multi-territory/EMEA environment.
  • Understanding of project management and the creative/operational production process.
  • Working knowledge of creative localisation workflows and practices.
  • Background in Digital/DTC or creative agency environments.
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Brand marketing experience.
  • Experience managing executive-level stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of different video, audio and print formats.
