We’re supporting a consulting organisation that’s looking for an experienced D365 Director to lead complex, client-facing delivery programmes.

This role sits at senior leadership level, overseeing multi-workstream implementations, engaging with executive stakeholders, and driving high-quality outcomes across enterprise environments. It offers strong progression opportunities within a growing delivery practice.

Key experience

• Leading large-scale Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations
• Senior client engagement and expectation management
• Business process design and transformation
• Managing multiple workstreams, budgets, and delivery teams
• Leading and developing high-performing consulting teams

Responsibilities include

• Providing delivery leadership across testing, data, reporting, training, and change
• Shaping delivery approaches and reusable assets
• Collaborating across technical and functional teams
• Managing scope, risks, and delivery impact
