What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and grow the sales pipeline while identifying new business opportunities.
- Design and implement innovative marketing and sales proposals.
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of regional and national accounts.
- Collaborate with store teams and our call centre to maximise inbound leads.
- Develop strategic partnerships, including with Chambers of Commerce.
- Monitor industry trends and customer needs to inform business strategy.
- Manage and mentor the Business Development team.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 3 years of proven B2B and B2C sales experience, ideally in a multi-site retail environment.
- A natural networker with a flair for new business development.
- Strong communication, planning and diary management skills.
- Experience in account management and sales techniques.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
