Security Business Analyst6 months contract – Outside IR35Competitive Daily RateUK, Remote

Fruition are working in partnership with a global technology first organisation who are looking for a Security Business Analyst to help with the review of the current security posture, identify gaps, and work collaboratively to define and implement solutions across vulnerability management, business continuity, and disaster recovery.

What will I be doing?

  • Assess and document the “as-is” and “to-be” states for processes, procedures, and technologies.
  • Map and re-engineer processes, with a focus on increasing maturity across key areas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Drive planning, testing, and delivery of solutions, supported by Project Managers for governance.

What experience do I need?

  • Gathering and eliciting requirements to address vulnerabilities, business continuity, and disaster recovery needs.
  • Familiarity with Confluence for documentation of runbooks.
  • Document “as-is” and “to-be” processes, technologies, and frameworks to support security transformation initiatives.
  • Understanding of security terms and concepts in an AWS ecosystem.
  • Oversee documentation, governance, and compliance specific to cybersecurity standards and licensing requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance security maturity and support organisational resilience.
  • Experience working in large scale regulated environments, and working with businesses with lots of customers and data.
