The Role

We are seeking a highly professional Corporate Security Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our global headquarters. This role is a critical blend of high‑end customer service and proactive physical security. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our clients and staff while ensuring the integrity of our secure perimeter.

Key Responsibilities

• Front‑of‑House Excellence: Greet all visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and helpful demeanor.
• Access Control: Verify identities.
• Communication: Operate and manage internal radio communications with the security team.
• Incident Management: Act as a lead during evacuations and use de‑escalation techniques to manage difficult situations.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience: Previous experience in corporate security, luxury hospitality, or high‑end aviation security.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to remain calm under pressure.
• Appearance: Pristine personal presentation is mandatory for this corporate environment.
• Licensing: SIA License is required.
