This role is ideal for someone with strong financial accounting experience and excellent technical skills, who is ready to step into a high-performance environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accountsPerform variance analysis with meaningful commentaryMaintain and manage the general ledgerPerform reconciliations and journal entriesComplete VAT, PAYE, and Income Tax reconciliationsSupport SARS submissionsMaintain a full asset register including capitalisation, depreciation & disposalsAssist with external audits and IFRS-aligned financial reportingDevelop and improve internal controls and financial proceduresProvide financial insights and recommendations to managementPerform ad-hoc financial analysisMinimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)BCom degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting (NQF 7)Minimum 3 years financial accounting experienceInsurance industry accounting experienceSAP experienceAdvanced Excel & computer literacyStrong knowledge of VAT, Income Tax, and PAYECompetenciesHigh attention to detailStrong analytical capabilityAbility to meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication skillsProfessional presentation and integrity#J-18808-Ljbffr…
