Overview
Gas Engineer role at TieTalent. We need Service & Repair engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers to ensure that our customers get the help they need, when they need it. You will play a pivotal part in our British Gas Service Promise of same day fix for our customers.
Sign-on bonus: £10,000. Base salary is £45,483 plus up to £6,200 London weighting allowance (dependent on area) with uncapped OTE of £62,640 (including LWA).

Responsibilities
- Represent British Gas in customers’ homes, providing excellent service and support on visits and complex breakdowns.
- Deliver same-day fixes where possible as part of the Service Promise.
- Provide outstanding customer experience on every visit and maintain professional standards.
- Collaborate with managers, mentors, and engineer colleagues to handle diverse boiler and central heating systems and manufacturers.
Qualifications
- Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) and/or NVQ, C&G or equivalent in plumbing or heating.
- 3 years of fault finding and diagnosis experience.
- Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination boilers.
