Civil Design Engineer

Job Overview

Are you a civil design engineer, with a background working in the water industry? If so, please read on! I am currently supporting a consultancy experiencing exciting growth due to an abundance of work, where multiple civil design engineers are required. Engineers with anywhere from a few years, up to principal level experience are of interest, as long as you know the water industry.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day work across a variety of water projects from around the UK producing designs, drawings and calculations in support of these projects.
• In more senior roles responsible for directing and developing engineers, technicians and graduates, and ensuring that work is completed in compliance with the relevant technical, professional and water standards.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Experience required is civil design experience from the water industry (waste or clean).
• Exposure to hydraulic calculations and profiles is a strong benefit.
