Responsibilities
- Handle a diverse range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and manage the conveyancing process.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other legal professionals.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and stay up to date with changes in property law.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential property law.
