Associate Project Manager

This leading, independent project management consultancy work with blue chip real estate developer, investor and occupier clients in Central London with several award winning projects in their portfolio.

They currently seek an Associate Project Manager due to continued growth within the high end office, retail and hospitality sectors. Projects are predominantly prime locations in zone 1, consisting of complex cut and carve, CAT A and CAT B with contract values £5m-£80m.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy
• Track record delivering private sector projects under JCT contract
• Experienced on new build, cut and carve, CAT A or CAT B
• Ideally chartered or on the pathway (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
