The Role

We’re looking for a proven Business Development Manager who knows how to produce revenue, not just talk about it.

This role is for someone who:

  • Isn’t scared of picking up the phone
  • Is happy getting their hands dirty
  • Can build strategy and execute it
  • Understands recruitment sales and long‑term client value

You’ll be responsible for winning new business, growing accounts, and helping shape the commercial direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business and revenue streams
  • Build and execute a clear BD strategy (not just “try a few things”)
  • Win and develop long‑term client partnerships
  • Identify market opportunities and convert them into live accounts
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure service excellence
  • Attend client meetings, site visits and networking events
  • Represent First 4 Recruitment with confidence and credibility

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of generating revenue (non‑negotiable)
  • Strong background in business development or recruitment sales
  • Confident communicator who can open doors and close deals
  • Strategic thinker who is also highly proactive
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a hybrid setup
  • Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills
  • Recruitment experience is highly desirable (industrial/logistics ideal)
