AV Technical Project Manager

Core Hours Mon–Fri (flexibility required)
Our client is an established live events production company seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead some of their most high-profile and complex technical productions.
In this role, you’ll bring together lighting, sound, video and scenic elements to deliver world‑class live experiences for major clients. With strong experience in technical production and creative lighting systems, you’ll take ownership of key projects from brief to onsite delivery.
- Lead multi-disciplinary technical teams across major live event projects
- Interpret client briefs and elevate them with creative and commercially sound solutions
- Oversee on-site delivery and maintain excellence across all technical departments
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a high-performance culture
- Build strong client relationships and communicate with confidence
- Manage resources, budgets, timelines and shifting project requirements
What You Bring
- Senior-level experience delivering complex technical or lighting‑led productions
- Strong understanding of lighting systems plus good knowledge of audio, video & scenic
- Confident client communication and creative problem‑solving skills
- Ability to lead teams, juggle multiple projects and maintain exceptional quality
