Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Sales Surveyor, located in Bournemouth and covering London to Devon, all of the southwest. The Construction Sales Surveyor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive site surveys, understanding customer requirements, providing technical support, and offering tailored solutions. The role also involves covering warm pre booked sales leads, preparing detailed quotations, communicating with customers effectively, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Construction Sales Surveyor will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets, close deals and contribute to the growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct detailed site surveys
- Technical Support skills to address customer queries and provide solutions
- Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with clients
- Customer Service and Sales skills to build relationships and achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
