Our client, a leading UK comms agency specialising in insight-driven public relations and public affairs, is looking for their next Strategist or Senior Strategist to join their dynamic and growing team in London. This exciting role will be part of a specialist unit that sits at the heart of the agency, working across the agency’s most important clients, and serving the wider business and network.
In this role, you’ll act as the strategic lead on major pieces of business and pitches (both on a local and global scale), working closely with client service teams, creative teams, and delivery teams. You’ll also lead a small team of strategists who service the wider business, developing their careers and skills, as well as those of the wider employee network.
The right candidate for this role will have a hunger for original insight, a commercial understanding of their clients and the agency, and an ability to passionately sell their ideas.
Key Requirements
- Agency or consultancy background strongly preferred
- Experience across multiple sectors and audiences
- Have global/multi-market experience, with an ability to lead on work with offices across the network
- Experience in integrated delivery and a thorough understanding of paid, owned, and earned
- Strong and persuasive presentation skills, with an ability to train others
