An award-winning independent creative agency (20+ years in sport & entertainment) is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK & Europe – with London firmly in the spotlight.
Responsibilities
- Building and owning your own sales pipeline
- Prospecting, opening doors and creating opportunities
- Leading pitches and responding to briefs/RFPs
- Shaping proposals with the studio team
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Selling brand, design, digital and campaign work into sport & entertainment
Requirements / Qualifications
- Has agency-side BD experience (creative / branding / marketing)
- Understands the sports industry and ideally has a network
- Can evidence revenue wins, not just “supported pitches”
- Is confident, commercially sharp and comfortable being front of house
- Still enjoys being on the tools rather than hiding behind strategy decks
