SNOW GRC Business Analyst

SNOW GRC Business Analyst | Contract | Hybrid | London

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Business Analyst for a 6‑month contract in London. This hybrid role requires 2‑3 days per week in the office.

What You’ll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for the ServiceNow GRC suite.
• Configure and implement GRC IRM modules on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and improve processes aligned with GRC principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and compliance needs.Provide effective documentation and support for risk and compliance initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

• ServiceNow Expertise: Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform, especially GRC IRM modules.
• GRC Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, compliance frameworks, and governance principles.
• Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to evaluate complex situations and propose effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation capabilities.

Experience Required

Minimum: 10+ years of relevant experience.
