What You’ll Be Working On:️ Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to define project scope and objectives️ Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and translating them into technical specifications️ Conducting process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow analysis to identify improvement opportunities️ Supporting project teams in the development and testing of business solutions️ Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders️ Ensuring project deliverables align with business goals and user needs️ Continuously monitoring and evaluating business processes for ongoing improvements and optimizations
What We’re Looking For:️ Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role, preferably in IT or project management️ Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation️ Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies️ Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, or Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders️ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities️ A degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field️ Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile certifications are a plus
