Strategic Land Manager
Location: Norfolk
We are working with a leading national housing developer seeking to strengthen their strategic land team in Norfolk.
This role is suitable for individuals currently working as a strategic land manager or planning manager looking to expand into broader land development roles.
Responsibilities include sourcing and assessing strategic land projects, managing existing projects, and possessing a strong background in town planning.
The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of the strategic land market and a strong network of contacts.

Key Requirements:
- Degree qualification (preferably in property or related fields)
- MRICS or MRTPI qualification is preferred
- Experience as a strategic land manager or in a related role, with interest in moving into wider land development roles
- Good understanding of planning and project management of large strategic sites
- Dynamic and ambitious personality
