If you’re an ambitious, confident self-starter ready to be part of a growing creative company, this full-time, permanent position could be the perfect fit for you.As a Tecna Estimator, you’ll play a key role in project estimation, planning and cost analysis of the ongoing event materials requirements and maintaining our supplier network. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative, Sales, and Operations teams to review project specifications, assess materials and production costs, and ensure accurate pricing.**Your input will be essential to:*** Help determine and preserve project margins* Identify cost-saving opportunities* Support the delivery of competitive proposals that align with both client expectations and business objectives* Develop the list of Tecna approved suppliers* Maintain relationships with preferred suppliers**Job Responsibilities:*** **Work closely with sales and creative** to provide quick, accurate costings and support indicative initial pricing estimates* **Own and progress our quoting tools** – especially indicative estimates and help make the process leaner and easier for the whole team.* **Liaise with suppliers and internal production** to gather up-to-date costs, understand lead times, and flag viable alternatives.* **Support margin reviews** and collaborate with procurement and projects when quotes move towards ordering.* **Reference comparable previous jobs** to provide benchmarks and identify efficient, proven approaches.* **Help ensure scopes of work are clear, and cost informed.****Competencies:*** Strong commercial awareness and costing accuracy* Detail-focused with big-picture thinking* Confident liaising with suppliers and internal teams* Collaborative across sales, creative, projects, and procurement* Organised and process-minded* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specs**Desirables:*** Events Sector Experience* Familiarity with modular exhibition builds**Must Have:*** UK Clean Driving License* Rights to Work in the UK#J-18808-Ljbffr…
