Sous Chef
About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Has strong experience working with fish and seafood.
- Confident in both service and prep, with solid experience supervising kitchen operations (minimum 5 years in Chef roles, including 2 years as Sous Chef).
- Able to support the Head Chef in managing the team and ensuring consistency and quality across all sections.
- Capable of overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards and stepping into the Head Chef’s duties when required.
- Someone hard‑working and dedicated to high standards of work.
- Possesses a ‘can‑do’ attitude, positive and outgoing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in Chef roles, including 2 years as Sous Chef.
- Strong experience with fish and seafood.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Positive and outgoing demeanor.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full‑time employment.
- Salary: from £40,000 yearly.
- Benefits: additional tronc.
