Senior Garment Technologist

Elite Associates have partnered with a rapidly growing fashion brand, who are seeking a Senior Garment Technologist to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fit sessions, provide feedback on adjustments, and ensure garments meet quality standards.
• Create and maintain tech packs with garment specs, fabric details, and construction methods.
• Work closely with suppliers and factories to ensure technical standards are met and resolve any production issues.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure garments meet timelines and specifications.
• Identify and implement improvements in fit, quality, and construction.
• Mentor junior team members and assist in training and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in garment technology with experience in womenswear.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with garment technology software (e.g., Lectra, Gerber).
• Degree in Fashion Technology or a related field preferred.
