The restaurant has been awarded 1AA Rosette for its seasonal menus, showcasing British classics and celebrating the finest local ingredients.

Responsibilities
- Manage the bar within this beautiful establishment
- Have previous bar management experience
- Possess a strong knowledge of cocktails
- Be responsible for training, motivating and offering support to your team
- Be innovative, approachable and have the ability to quickly build a strong rapport with guests and customers
- Be organised, hardworking and have an excellent appearance with a strong focus on guest requirements
As Bar Manager you will oversee the smooth running of the bar, motivate and inspire the team, and deliver exceptional hospitality.
