Overview

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team in Dumfries. You will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate reports, and providing recommendations for repair work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and assess damage accurately.
• Produce detailed reports for repair estimates and insurance purposes.
• Liaise with customers, insurance companies, and repair teams.
• Ensure all assessments comply with company standards and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections and reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle structures, panels, and repair processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence
